Using a consultative sales approach, Admissions Advisors generate student enrollments by calling on prospective students and advising them with respect to how Kaplan University can meet their educational and career needs. All contact is made via phone or email. Sales/Admissions Advisors guide qualified applicants through the admissions and enrollment processes and ensure the highest quality of student experience from an individual’s first contact through his or her initial enrollment.
REQUIREMENTS
•A minimum of 1 year college and 2 years of sales experience is required or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
•Excellent communication and phone presentation skills
•Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook programs
•Call center experience is a plus.
