SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST 1

Make recommendations to management to adjust system performance parameters. Delegate problem resolution to other team members and conduct follow-up. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.

Participate in the development of custom integration solutions. Participate in work sessions and walkthroughs for implementation. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.

REQUIREMENTS



Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays on a rotatingbasis. OS/390 - working knowledge (required, 5 years) JCL - working knowledge (required, 5 years) IMS - knowledge of process (required, 2 years) DB2 - knowledge of process (required, 2 years) TSO/ISPF - working knowledge (required, 5 years) Good oral and written skills (required, 3 years) ZEKE (highly desired, 1 year) Endevor (highly desired, 1 year) MQ Series (highly desired, 1 year) Cobol - working knowledge (highly desired, 1 year)
