Real estate investment & property management firm seeks an experienced leasing consultant for 250+ unit community in Largo. Our Leasing Consultants are the face of our communities and play a crucial role in their success. The Leasing Consultant will contribute to the creation & implementation of a creative and dynamic marketing strategy. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for resident relations and tour the community. One must also have a firm yet compassionate resident relations philosophy.
This position will also provide an individual with the opportunity to travel to our sister properties throughout the state of Florida on special projects (6-10 weeks out of the year).
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified individual will have at least 6 months experience as a Leasing Consultant with a proven track record of high occupancy, resident retention, and closing ratio.
