Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE

Implement and administer a recruiting strategy. Conduct need/fit assessment of candidates through screening and interviews. Negotiate and finalize position offers to candidates.



MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Obtains qualified applicant pool using various recruiting methods and tools.

Interviews and screens potential candidates for current or future position needs.

Conducts information sessions with managers to determine personnel/position requirements.

Negotiates and finalizes position offers to potential associates.

Obtain information on competitors, industry changes, market salary structure, etc.

Performs administrative tasks and follow-up with candidates and managers.



NATURE AND SCOPE

Typically reports to Manager of Staffing
This position has no direct reports.



ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Must meet reasonable deadlines, quotas or demands for accuracy and/or may be involved in some mildly difficult situations.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Must be eighteen years of age

Must pass the Drug Test

Must pass the Background Check

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable



YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 3



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


5+ years experience recruiting in the construction sales industry.

Experience recruiting into infrastructure and maintenance segment.

Experience working for Fortune 500 company

5+ years sourcing experience




KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES


Negotiation Skills

Interviewing Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of recruiting industry techniques.
