Lexington Health Care Center of Streamwood is in search of a qualified Resident Service Representative that is energetic, organized and innovative to compliment our motivated team. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services (not limited to, but including social work, psychology, etc.) is required.
- Effective communicator
- Individuals with long term care experience preferred.
