Description:
Responsible for supporting the small business sales team along with interfacing with external client groups and brokers in the small business segment (2-50) for Account Management Services.
Responsibilities:
Provides internal support to the sales office allowing Account Executives and Account Managers to spend their time in the field building relationships.
Position requires the servicing of client groups, brokers and general agents along with developing solid relationships with these customers.
Provides administrative and service support (i.e. Claims, Enrollment, Billing, Case Installation, etc) for the small business segment.
Responsible for specific Account Management Performance Standards (i.e. Welcome Calls, Termination Surveys, Late Payer List, etc.).
Provides field support as required.
Suggests and recommends Process Improvement strategies.
Special Projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Superior communication skills (internal, external and written).
Gain and Maintain an Insurance License.
Math aptitude.
Analytical and Problem solving ability.
Valid Drivers license.
P/C knowledge.
Customer Service expertise.
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Travels as required.
Business Savvy: Demonstrates basic problem-solving and analytical skills; and solves problems independently within the scope of the job.
Impact of Decisions: Decisions focus on processing of everyday work; and decisions may impact the customer relationship.
Product Knowledge: Requires general knowledge of health care products and strong administrative process to support business operations; and requires systems knowledge in applications pertinent to job.
