Job Description

SAP SD Configuration Consultants are responsible for providing specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the SD module of SAP to meets business requirements. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client’s employees or the client’s customers in fulfilment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. The Application Outsourcing specialty incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

Key responsibilities may include:

Provides functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the SD module of SAP to meets business requirements.
Understands the business processes and how the application supports the business processes and applies this knowledge.
Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and designs
Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering and documentation designs.
Provides alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality.
Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testing.
Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing
Understands and applies Accenture methodologies and procedures.
Develops relationships within Accenture to leverage firm assets.

REQUIREMENTS
-Degree (or equivalent) required
-3 Plus years experience SAP Sales and Distribution configuration knowledge
-Cross SAP module integration
-Demonstrated project management, work planning and prioritization skills for a small group.
