SAP PS Consultant

Our client in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry in Raritan, NJ, has the following opportunity for a SAP Consultant:

The SAP PS Consultant is primarily responsible for functional support of the Beacon SAP in the area of Project Systems. He/she is responsible for effectively designing & implementing how the required business processes and analytical/reporting requirements are represented in the SAP system. This includes understanding and documenting business requirements, developing SAP solutions to meet business needs, identifying impact of changes, configuration and testing of changes, communication to end users, and development of training as required.

He/she is responsible for Level 2 support of end user helpdesk tickets, prioritization of workload, managing customer expectations, root cause analysis of issues and support of system implications as a result of business process improvements. The SAP PS Consultant needs to be capable of working independently, leading workshops and presentations to drive business process improvements or new rollouts of functionality for their respective functional area.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should possess SAP PS knowledge as well as experience with interfacing data to/from SAP.
