In depth understanding of SAP Contract Management.

Demonstrated experience in writing functional specifications for application development requests such as interfaces, system enhancements, conversion, reports and others.

Prior experience in working and configuring a Demonstration system.

Demonstrated experience in the preparation, validation, and execution of test scripts.

Understanding of business needs, requirements and processes and recommend optimal solution.

Demonstrated experience in accurate work planning and execution as well as accurate project and time tracking.

Exposure to PSCD, FSCD or IS-U (FI-CA).
Understanding personnel accounting in the general context of Tax and Revenue Management:

Executing processes for registering citizens and taxpayers using their addresses and relations

Mapping of reporting and registration obligations

Execution of processes in personnel accounting for the collection and payment of fees, taxes and premiums

Create settings for setting up the system in Customizing
Understanding and/or Experience with Tax and Revenue Management:

Product positioning

Business processes

Organizational structure and master data

SAP business partner

Roles and relationships

Business Address Services (BAS) - Central Address Management

Contract account and contract object
Understanding and/or Experience with Management/Administration of contract accounts

Document posting, correspondence

Administration of incoming payments and clearing documents

Payment program and returns

Dunning notice, interest calculation

Deferall and installment payment schedules
Experience with Integration with other SAP components

General ledger accounting, funds management, fund accounting, public sector management (PSM)

ReportingLogistics: Must accommodate Monday thru Thursday/Friday travel schedule.
