REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:



Qualified candidates should possess the following:

Very strong knowledge of HR business processes and implementation processes in SAP specifically in the following areas:



Payroll areas:



* Schemas and Rules

* Maintenance of wage types characteristics, Processing classes etc

* Wage type cumulations.

* Garnishments

* Tax configuration * creating new tax models

* Deduction/Payment models

* Process models

* Benefit Integration

* Posting to Financial Accounting

* Configuration of payroll reports like Payroll Journal/Payroll Reconciliation report etc

* Creation and Maintenance of HR Forms

* BSI Tub updates * Year end adjustments * Yana, Yawa etc

* W2 configuration Benefit areas:

* Configuration/Maintenance of Benefit plans

* Open Enrollment * rate changes

* Experience with any Flex plans *



Personnel Administration:



* Actions/Dynamic Actions

* Maintenance of features

* Work with custom Infotypes



Organization Management:



* Maintenance of positions/ jobs etc and Attributes (worked with IT 1222?)

* Integration to PA



Desired Skills:



Additional experience in the following areas are beneficial:



* ESS Employee Self Service

* SAP E-Recruitment

* Employee Qualifications catalog

* Travel Management

* Can configure, present, and discuss best practices and functionality.

* Can work in a team leadership role to enhance current processes.

* Can identify and document gaps in business process mappings.

* Can define and write functional specifications, including: o Configuration, custom programs, reports and SAPSCRIPT.

* Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience with SAP HR configuration

* Prefer four (4) years practical business experience in a HR related position.

* Understanding of integration of SAP HR to other SAP functional areas



Role & Responsibility:



Candidate will be responsible for all activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirement gathering, writing functional specifications, user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements.
