We are currently seeking a SAP Configuration Analyst that could be located in either Cincinnati, OH or Muncie, IN and will occasionally travel between the two cities. This person will be responsible to configure the SAP system to meet business needs and requirements of the users in a multiple sales organization and multi-company SAP environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist with configuration of SAP system.

Identify system problems and determine necessary resolution.

Review business processes and recommend solutions for complex business activities.

Analyze suggested system configuration changes and customizations to help SAP team understand the potential impact to the system, users and organizational ROI.

Monitor progress of SAP projects and take corrective action as required to ensure that deadlines and business needs are met.

Work with SAP team to write business and technical specifications.

Prepare communications and provide updates to various levels of management throughout the organization – i.e. reports, oral presentations, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years SAP configuration experience with a concentration in material management and/or production planning modules of SAP.
Current best practices of SAP system configuration and change management.
SAP Netweaver system architecture.

Skills
Unit and integration-level testing of changes in a three-tier SAP environment.
High level estimation of project requirements.
Detailed documentation of project requirements.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Microsoft Office Software Suite operations.
