Responsibilities: Currently seeking SAP CRM Consultants for our SAP CRM practice.
Must have 3+ years hands-on SAP CRM experience. Team lead experience a plus. Big 4 experience preferred. We are looking for a Sr.CRM Resource who can help our client in the blueprint stage, and then continue into the realization stage of the project.
Daily responsibilities: Implement (analyze, develop, configure, test) CRM reporting & portal solutions for CRM (Marketing) solutions.

All Technology Services ? SAP consulting professionals will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex business driven programs that are supported by the SAP technology platform to help our customers achieve their desired results. Working collaboratively with the customer, the professional will focus on architecting an SAP solution to enable our customer?s specific business results. Professionals should possess skills in the full lifecycle ERP implementation process, including business process design, systems analysis, development and configuration, integration testing and deployment, and technical architecture.

The SAP CRM Lead role will require specific expertise in the following: Marketing Sales Service E-commerce Interaction center operations and management Channel management

 Leading/providing direction and guidance to team
 Assisting program manager with activities such as monitoring, reporting, and adjusting
 Interfacing with customers to address issues and understand customer perspectives
 Planning and supporting project execution activities including
 Resource management
 Project governance infrastructure
 Design and analysis sessions
 Process designs
 Development and configuration
 Testing (Unit, Integration, Stress, Parallel, User)
 Conversion sequencing
 Cutover sequencing
 Assisting other project execution activities including
 System security design
 Training development
 Technical architecture build
 Production support organization design
 Managing interdependencies between the various project execution workstreams
 Deep IS-Utility and/or CRM knowledge
 Minimum of 4 full life-cycle implementations
 Ability and desire to lead implementation teams of 5-7 resources
Candidate must live or is willing to relocate to Dallas, Houston or Atlanta.
You must also be willing to travel extensively.
