SAG Senior Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
Â*Provide financial leadership and management in support of several large HR Outsourcing client contracts within a portfolioÂ*Identify, manage, analyze, monitor and work with account team on work plan of key financial imperatives to meet client profitability goalsÂ*Deal model and analytics around change orders or addition of new services, pricing and profitabilityÂ*Documentation of contracts and change orders supporting financial agreements
Â*Support the establishment of the accounting infrastructure for new portfolio client(s) - project codes, policy implementation, management reporting, etc.Â*Analysis of transition and project cost to actual and management reporting of estimates to completeÂ*Provide financial analysis and support to account executiveÂ*Oversee monthly close cyclerevenue booking and revenue recognition, prepare accruals, variance reporting, client account reconciliation and DSO.Â*Monitor and forecasting of client demand (volumes) and communication of related impacts to revenue and resource demandsÂ*Regular communication with supporting functions (CSC and IT) to understand resource utilization and related costs charged for client services procuredÂ*Communication with operations on service levels and translation of financial impacts to the P&L of KPI or service level missesÂ*Approve client invoicingÂ*Client collections and DSO managementÂ*Financial forecasting and management of predictable resultsÂ*Financial analysis as required by account executiveÂ*External and internal audit supportÂ*Maintenance of the internal control environment and observance of the Company's operational, accounting and ethics policies; including the responsibility to resolve or escalate violations of those policies promptly to operational and/or financial management as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Background/Requirements
Â*Bachelors and or MBA degree in finance or accounting with at least 6 years experience in finance
Â*Outsourcing industry experience
Â*Prior financial management experience of a business unit, regional or multi-state group a plus
Â*Past experience supporting sales teams, client management or regional roles with cross functional coordination a plus
Â*Big 5 experience a plus
Â*Hands on
Â*PeopleSoft experience a plus
Â*Strong excel skills
Â*Located in Lincolnshire
Â*Travel up to 20%
