Risk Operations Analyst - 10a-7p M-F

As a Risk Operations Analyst, you are responsible for contacting Chase customers to confirm the validity of suspect checks posted to their account, and you are responsible for making pay/return decisions regarding checks and taking the appropriate actions on accounts with fraudulent check activity. Your duties will include answering incoming calls from both Chase branches and customers, tracking statistical information, ordering various documents to determine the validity of checks sent for review, as well as, making customer follow-up calls.

REQUIREMENTS


Must be able to learn how to access and use multiple operating systems efficiently.

Enjoys delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to handle irate or adverse customers.

Must be able to work successfully under tight time constraints and have the ability to make approval or decline decisions for customer checks based on the provided information.

Must be highly motivated, organized and attentive to details.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi task and have the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.

Must have prior banking center and customer service experience with a good understanding of the flow of bank documents, customer transactions and account history.

Experience working with Access, Excel and Word software.
