Retirement Plan Education Consultant

Generates income by increasing the assets in clients' qualified retirement plans. Enrolls new eligible participants in clients' qualified retirement plans. Provides on-going annual marketing/rebalancing meetings to current clients' plan participants. Educates and motivates clients' employees about the state of the investment market, details of their company plan and/or their investment options. Influences eligible participants to join the plan, increases participation of existing plan participants and encourages rollover balances of qualified retirement plans. Participates in designing and writing new educational workshops as needed. When the enroller is not on the road conducting communications/education meetings, they will serve as a back up to customer service and perform other duties as required by the Team Manager to ensure the productivity and profitability of the team, department and the bank. Travel required. Other duties as assigned.
Retirement Plan Edu Cnslt III, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of qualified retirement plans, customer service and communication skills. General Lines Insurance Agents License and Series 6 required, Series 7 and 65 preferred.
