Retail Stores – Bi-Lingual Retail Sales Consultant Part Time for

Purpose:
This position is for a Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant located at Highland Plaza. Sell products and services in Wireless retail store/kiosk location. Required to achieve a sales quota. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of wireless communications. Handle customer situations appropriately and escalates as needed. Adhere to Company policy including reconciliation of paperwork and daily bank deposits. Responsible for effective management of inventory and Company operating systems. Must maintain knowledge of current wireless communication products and services. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Salary Range: $7.68 - $13.91(hour) (weekly) (annually), Plus Commission. QUALIFICATIONS:

This position will require bi-lingual capabilities in English and Spanish for the Highland Plaza store located at 5505 E. 41st Tulsa, Ok. Candidate must possess good communication skills, knowledge of computer and/or consumer electronics, as well as cash handling skills. Position requires selling of data and voice products and services including integrated voice and data products. High School diploma or equivalent required. Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures. Submit all transaction journals on a daily basis.
Must be flexible to work job assignments that require day, evening, weekend and/or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required. May require standing up to 95% of the day, Heavy computer usage, Fast paced environment. Required to attend New Hire Training.
