Retail Link Analyst The Hillman Group, Inc. founded in 1964 is the leading distributor of hardware, signs, keys, accessories and engraving technologies. The Hillman Group is looking for a Retail Link Analyst for our Bentonville office to complete our team. Essential Functions • Manage and analyze Retail Link data of new and existing products • Communicates regularly with WalMart’s corporate staff regarding logistics and account details along with replenishment. • Provides reports as needed to field service, sales, marketing and accounting departments • Assists in designing plan o grams and modulars • Coordinates resets and new store openings • Responsible for new item setup and rollout • Buying recommendations and script orders for various departments. • Travel as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications • Proficient with Wal-Mart’s Retail Link. • Degree in business or communications or the equivalent in education and experience • Two years related experience with “big box” accounts. • Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organization skills.
