Restaurant Operations Consultant

Serve as a Primary liaison between Franchisor and the Franchise Partner. The Consultant is responsible for the proper execution and compliance with Popeyes Operating systems and procedures as well as the overall success of the franchise entities/restaurants/markets within his/her territory. The Popeyes Franchise Consultant will schedule 4-5 business engagements annually with each franchise entity developing a needs analysis and business plans accordingly with the Franchise Partner. They will conduct operational assessments as required as a means of driving operations improvement and compliance. They will assist in the development of action plans to ensure the integrity of the Popeyes concept. The consultant will support and drive, as needed, franchise and DMA sales improvement. Provide restaurant development and opening support as directed. Ensure franchisees meet all requirements for being in "Good Standing". Provide financial analysis as a means of increasing franchise profitability and audit compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
At least three to five years of multi-unit management with prior individual restaurant management experience; Direct experience in new restaurant opening process required; Good training and presentation skills; Good understanding of marketing strategies and plans; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operating processes and workflow; A thorough understanding of Brand operating requirements; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to develop and grow relationships; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Basic working knowledge of Excel and Word.
