Research Analyst

Duties: • Participates in research proposal and design • Reviews data for errors and inconsistencies • Interacts with client staff on routine issues • Runs forecasting models • Develops preliminary forecast summaries • Analyzes study results to draft letters, reports, and presentations • Summarizes data for the production of charts, tables, and graphs • Analyzes in-market data • Prepares initial client correspondence • Attends client meetings and presentations Career Path: Typical career growth is in client service/analytical function, eventually managing a Fortune 100 client base and project support staff. The five levels within the path include: Research Analyst, Sr. Research Analyst, Associate Manager, Manager, and Director. The responsibilities at each level build upon the analytical, forecasting, report writing, presentation and client management skills mastered at the preceding level. Skills built within this path are often transferable to related positions in other divisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA or equivalent • Demonstrated writing and analytical skills
