We are seeking qualified candidates for a RENTAL AGENT position as well as a LISTING AGENT position with Philadelphia's largest apartment brokerage agency. The Philadelphia Apartment Company Inc. serves over 50,000 renters each year throughout Center City and suburban Philadelphia. Due to the changing market and high demand for our service, we are expanding and need qualified people to help us grow!

RENTAL AGENT:

As a rental agent, you will "match" interested renters with available apartments. You are responsible for consulting with these potential tenants and helping them find apartments. The Philadelphia Apartment Company is seeking qualified candidates for a new Listing Agent postion. With over 50,000 renters using our services each year, we need qualified applicants to help us build our client list. As a Listing agent, you are repsonsible for aquiring listing contracts of apartments for rent throughout center city and suburban Philadelphia. You will be marketing and networking to both private and mult-unit apartment owners. Other repsponsibilites include meeting with clients, gathering listing information, closing contracts and informing our agents of new listings. This is a GREAT full or part-time position with unlimited income potential. RENTAL AGENT:

Requirements:

* Active PA Real Estate License (qualified applicants without license may be considered)
* Basic web /computing skills
* Prior sales experience
* Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
* Goal oriented
* Knowledge of Philadelphia and it's surrounding areas
* Experience as a leasing agent/real estate agent a PLUS
