The Performance Development and Learning Relationship Manager is responsible for the execution of assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of best in class performance improvement solutions. Consults with mid level business partners to identify and drive performance improvement opportunities with demonstrated results. Executes project plans for large scale performance improvement initiatives. Liaison with business training teams.



REQUIREMENTS


- Bachelor's Degree required

- At least 6 years of instructional design, adult education in a financial services/corporate setting,

- At least 3 years of project management

- At least 3 years of performance consulting/performance improvement

- At least 2 years of classroom and virtual classroom facilitation
