We are currently looking for a Regional Systems Consultant to join our team.
Position SummaryResponsible for all Information Systems operations within the assigned Region. Provides management with information and recommendations in computer operations within the restaurants. Responsible for hands-on set up and troubleshooting of systems within the assigned region. Responsible to be knowledgeable about all the hardware and software utilized within the company. Provides basic computer and software training to restaurant employees. This position does not include supervisory responsibility.Main AccountabilitiesIn addition to following Chipotleâ??s policies and procedures, main accountabilities are as follows:Provides project development, in the areas of analysis, design programming, testing, implementation, system review, and on-going support.Responsible for modifying or maintaining existing programs.
Aloha POS system
Back of House Server/Workstation
Connectivity
Provides routine maintenance of store systems including daily backup, deleting old files, version upgrades, etc.
Follows troubleshooting guidelines for the store systems.
Provides technical support and training services to the restaurants, including 3rd level support for the Chipotle/IBM Help Desk
Responsible for installing Point of Sales systems for new restaurants within the region.
Responsible for supporting the assigned Regional staff and offices with:
Laptop and desktop support
Connectivity
Network
Printers
Depending on the needs of the business and/or department may complete other duties as assigned to advance a particular project or resolve a business issue.QualificationsEducation/TrainingB.S./B.A. degree or the equivalent in education and experience combined. Advanced coursework in Computer Science or applications is required.Knowledge/SkillsComputer Science knowledge in Networking within a PC environment and working with remote locations is essential.Demonstrated skill in integrating a variety of software packages for a diverse client group is essential.Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion is critical to success in this position.Work Experience2 to 4 years experience in positions with IT responsibilities within an organization.
Experience within the restaurant area of systems is desirable.
RequirementsTravel to assigned regions and or markets up to 20% of time.
