Regional Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee and direct all recruiting operations for assigned district office/region. Individual’s performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, success in hiring fully screened, qualified candidates, as needed, through trained Recruiters who are knowledgeable of their internal and external clients’ needs.Essential Functions:
Prepare and monitor annual department budget.
Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly objectives as set by the Division Recruiting Manager or Division HR Manager.
Manage the delivery of services through subordinate recruiters and fill in for them in their absence.
Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement.
Market Allied as an employer-of-choice through active participation in community and business related events and organizations.
Coach, counsel, develop, etc. direct reports into more successful Recruiters through training, evaluations and direct support.
Keep the non-billable overtime percentage for the assigned region at, or below the acceptable level.
Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.
Keep records and prepare accurate weekly reports through automated methods to determine activity and results.
Maintain regular attendance to ensure avoidance of unpredictable, frequent and/or ongoing late arrivals and chronic
tardiness.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.Qualifications:1. At least three years experience managing/supervising personnel, preferably in a service-related industry.
2. At least 3 years of proven recruiting experience, including recent training in employment law.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, etc.
6. Ability to relate to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds.
7. Math and grammar skills as appropriate to a professional business environment.
8. Ability to assist with operations, training, administrative or employee relations as assigned or required.
9. Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and to help identify and solve problems.
10. Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress and continuously improve.
11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors and the general public.
12. Ability to deal with internal and external customers and to ensure compliance with fair employment practices and performs multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
13. Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work evenings, weekends and holidays as requested or required.
14. Reliable, appropriate transportation to do field work.
15. Requires regional travel; additional travel may be required.
16. Ability to lift items of reasonable weight like those associated with packing and shipping.
