Manage Staffing Needs Analysis and Applicant Pool. Develop Work Source Planning/Staffing Guides for all Divisions. Work with Divisional HR Leaders to implement the Guide components. Maintain an accurate listing of staffing needs throughout the Region. Develop Pool of well-qualified candidates by creating a "hot list” of hard-to-fill positions by division and develop a targeted strategy to address these staffing shortages. Audit the requisitions, time to fill, and applicant referral source coding to ensure that the HR team is capturing the information on a consistent basis.

Ensure that HR team if utilizing the AMR Recruitment Toolkit to its fullest potential. Identify best practices that are occurring and create a database of such practices to be shared with the entire HR team. Work with Divisional HR leaders to develop recruitment strategy/hiring opportunities (i.e. mailings, open houses, job fairs, internet advertising, military outreach,etc) to meet their needs. Coordinate all outreach opportunities. Develop the recruitment advertising and campaigns and coordinate the placement of all advertising.

Maintain a database of advertising templates. Develop a library of recruitment tools (brochures, flyers, etc.) Coordinate and distribute the open position report. Coordinate and distribute the Employment Bulletin. Coordinate and distribute other employment reports as requested. Produce a monthly report on recruiting successes. Maintain monthly reports on hiring bonuses, referral bonuses and scholarships that aid in recruiting. Develop and maintain key relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with all members of the Human Resources team. Develop relationships with professional organizations, schools, Department of Labor, state agencies, and other sources of applicant referral.Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment counterparts in the other region(s) within AMR. Develop personal relationships with internal and external candidates specific to the Emergency Medical services industry. Develop key relationships with advertising vendors to secure the best pricing and quality of advertising. Track best sources of recruitment. Develop a method for and measure the return on investment of recruitment activities. Evaluate diversity of hires by reviewing candidate pools on a regular basis. Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Occupational Development. Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting. Must demonstrate successful recruiting methods. Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership. Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of all levels of HR Management. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.

Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.Ability to travel as required. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications, advanced Excel skills and the use of email. Must have the ability to learn quickly systems, processes, and procedures. Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.
