Regional Marketing Consultant

Conducts program management, consulting, communication activities with the field. This includes presenting market research data to the field and partnering with them to determine the implications for each program and determining the appropriate approach. Gathers input from the field to ensure effective implementation and program management for each program (e.g., multi-cultural, lead allocation, etc.). Assesses impact of programs and tactics on overall market success.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to execute hi-profile / complex projects (critical to the company / higher level of invested dollars)
Communicates project information to appropriate resources.
Acts as a contact for on-going process questions. Scope may include SME level communication on marketing programs such as multi-cultural, agency marketing, local market condition and opportunities. May lead group sessions with front-line associates, front-line leaders and senior regional leaders in areas of expertise.
Manage outside vendors and/or work with other departments within the company
Primary project contact / integrate with scope of team / company objectives
High level of independent decision-making

Develop project plan / timeliness / measurements etc.
Identify and implement process improvements
Help determine and work within resource allocations
Initiate ideas and course of action using fundamental marketing concepts: segmentation, targeting, quantitative and qualitative research, campaign analysis, etc.
Evaluate and recommend use of vendors
Influence / persuade others regarding project / initiative direction
Aware of how decisions impact own team and other departments
