Here is the job:
- Recruitment & Placement Apprentice
- Identify, screen, interview, test applicants for my clients' particular jobs.
- In between job orders, telephone call prospective and past clients to fact-find about possible needs for our services. Work on closing new job orders for you or my Search Manager to fill.
- Perform special search/research functions for my Search Manager and I for special candidate needs.
- Compensation - First year - $50,000.00 realistic targeted comp. ($24,700.00 - base + commissions & bonus)
- 2nd Year Comp realistic target - $50-75k

REQUIREMENTS
Prefer 4 year degree in social sciences but will consider someone with less education if you have the skill set.

3 years of proven experience in some type of sales achievement or related area. Excellent PC skills, typing, and communication skills are a must.
