Our human capital professionals have worked for and owned architecture and design firms and have firsthand knowledge of the positions and professionals that they are recruiting.

Responsibilities:

We are expanding our Recruiting staff to meet the growing demand for specialized International Executive Search & Career Management within the Architecture, Engineering, Design and Building Professions. This highly visible position involves active participation in all aspects of the recruiting process for our international clientele. Recruiters are responsible for establishing relationships with professional talent and senior management at client firms, evaluation and analysis of statistical talent criteria from our research group, candidate pre-qualification and development, conducting interviews, reference checking and evaluation, compensation evaluation and negotiation and post-employment evaluation.

Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a recruiting professional.
Education and/or experience in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Design & Building Professions is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
