Recruiting and Training Coordinator

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the recruiting, selection, and training of new investment bankers. Key results and outcomes include:
Coordinating college recruiting through programs that offer a diverse applicant pool from which to select the best talent.
Screening and interviewing candidates for initial "best fit" with the company, the business line, and the position.
Coordinating the offer and acceptance process in alignment with firm policies and procedures.
Coordinating the New Investment Banker training program, including scheduling and logistics, content and presenters, delivery and evaluation.
Leading and/or participating in project teams for recruiting-related initiatives.
Providing back-up and support to Recruiting & Training Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of recruiting and training efforts.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak times for recruiting and training events
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR-related area
2-4 years experience scheduling, administering, and staffing training & development programs
2-4 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably focused on campus recruiting
