The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two to three years' experience in the staffing services industry, preferably in technical recruiting. However, will consider candidates possessing strong recruiting skills in other areas. This is a growth opportunity. Excellent interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills a must. We hire people who are self-starters with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that the candidate be proficient in oral and written communication, time management and problem solving. The ideal candidate must be internet-savvy and have an interest in learning about and working with a web-based technology.
