Recruiting Specialist--Senior Recruiter

Our outstanding employment service is looking for a DYNAMIC, MOTIVATED, AND QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL to assist in recruiting professionals to the Apartment Property Management industry.

Working knowledge of apartment community management AND maintenance is helpful but not required.

Daily activities include BUT AREN'T LIMITED TO:
Resume Research & Review
Telephone Interviews (some cold call)
Personnel Interviews
Candidate Orientation
Candidate Training
Background Screening

We have a beautiful office location in Tempe near I-10 & Baseline with all tools necessary to do the job! Our minimum work schedule is 9-6 monday through friday. We are looking for a FEARLESS individual to help grow and to grow with our business!
