Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Recruiting Specialist (Government Services) to join our team in Herndon, VA.Job Responsibilities :
In this high visibility role, our Government Services leadership team will look to you to implement recruiting solutions by sourcing and interviewing top talent in government services, and information technology. You will have the opportunity to utilize your sourcing expertise via networking, cold calling, referrals, and the Internet, as well as other creative methods for attracting high performers. Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver world class service to our clients.This exciting opportunity encompasses all stages of the recruiting process; from partnering with leadership on definition of resource needs and strategy to targeting, accessing, recruiting, negotiating, and closing top candidates.
It also includes designing and delivering effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, and select quality candidates for key positions across the Perot Systems Government Services Group.Required Skills :
3-5 years of recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate environments
Experience recruiting in IT consulting, Government Services or Defense Industry
Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment
Track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier functional as well as technical professionals
Skilled at developing and implementing creative recruiting solutions that have solved difficult recruiting challenges
Ability to understand and articulate a hiring leader's resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire
Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle coupled with high candidate presentation to offer acceptance ratios
Reference-based evidence of achieving high levels of satisfaction from hiring managers and candidates
Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills combined with a penchant for details
Solid business and financial acumen coupled with a good understanding of current information technology services and practices
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the InternetDesired Skills :
Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships across multiple technologies within the information technology and government services industryMinimum Educational Requirements :
