Job Description:
The Recruiting Sourcing Analyst executes the recommended sourcing strategy using Ernst & Young’s priority sourcing channels and provides recruiters with qualified experienced candidates. Responsibilities Receive and carry out directions and priorities from the Recruiting Sourcing Manager. Execute the firm’s sourcing strategy priorities, as provided, to execute desired sourcing strategies and provide high-quality experienced candidates at the manager level and below. Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates. Contribute to the candidate pipeline database. Provide timely and innovative sourcing results and solutions to customers. Conduct initial screening interviews with experienced candidates and complete initial candidate evaluation forms. Work with campus recruiting teams to identify candidates from various sources for on-campus interviews. Update applicant tracking system workflows. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify for this excellent career opportunity, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience recruiting and sourcing-related experience excellent customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills strong verbal and written communication skills a commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication, and privacy/confidentiality issues knowledge of employment laws and practices and how to apply them knowledge of firm and service line sourcing strategies demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the Internet, search engines, campus resume and interview scheduling systems, etc.)
