This Recruiting/Placement Specialist is critical in the development of this branch so energy, initiative and organization skills are essential. To succeed in this position you need strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and written to our assignment employees and business clients. The responsibilities of a Recruiting/Placement Specialist include recruiting, interviewing, client contact, job placement and office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of employment law and/or experience in some aspect of human resources.
