Recruiting role & skills:
We are seeking a highly organized and results driven Campus Recruiter to attract financial representatives to our company. The successful candidate will be a high energy, ambitious, well organized, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and will preferably have a documented sales background.

Lead generation is the #1 priority of this role, in addition to shepherding candidates through our extensive mutual selection process. This position offers a competitive base salary, plus a bonus plan, and comprehensive benefit package.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this position include 1-2 years of success oriented sales experience. Must have experience in developing centers of influence in the community that lead to referrals as well as knowledge in the area of internet search tools, administrative duties and networking techniques.
