Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare reports as requested by the Recruiting Manager. Reports may include, but are not limited to, resumes received/reviewed, cost per hire, telephone screens conducted, interviews conducted, hires and source of hire
Ensure appropriate follow-up with candidates who are not selected for hire
Schedule interviews as requested
Coordinate all candidate travel. Review schedules and timing to ensure all cost considerations are reviewed.
Maintain all logs and ensure updated on weekly basis
Provide administrative support for Industry Recruiting functions as required
Verify and process invoices and candidate expenses
Coordinate facilities, mailing, etc. for recruiting days/events
Additional duties/projects as assigned by the Recruiting Manager

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience with MicroSoft Office Suite
Minimum of 1 year advanced MicroSoft Excel experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience

Prefered Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in HR, recruiting environment highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
