The owners of Shore Consultants of Easton are looking for a Professional Account Executive to join our growing team and participate in the continued success of the company. Beyond the Account Executive role there are opportunities to participate in the company in a broader context as the company grows given aggressive top level performance and use of our proven processes.



Anticipated commission for the first 12 months of top performance is $75,000. Anticipated commission for the second 12 months will be over $100,000. These amounts are substantiated by MRI experience over 46 years.



RequirementsAggressive extrovert with excellent sales and people skills. Prior recruiting or sales experience a plus.3+ years work experience past graduation.NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION. It will require initiative and a self-starting entrepreneurial spirit, (each executive is a "business within a business" with its own profit center).Health care, dental, vacation, 401K, bonus trips and substantial training offered both in-office and at Corporate locations.Relocation allowance offered from within 150 miles of Easton MD
