Recruiter's Assistant

Corporate Resources Group, a 20 year old executive recruiting firm, specializing in the mortgage banking industry is looking for a unique individual. This person must have phone experience, persuasive customer service experience, and preferably sales experience.We are looking for an Assistant for a Senior Recruiter. This is a PHONE INTENSIVE POSITION. In this position, you would spend your time on the phone, making about 70+ outgoing calls, all from our database, and contacting as many qualified people as possible.
This is NOT a telemarketing position. We are recruiters calling on mortgage banking personnel, peaking their interest about working for our client.
You would have plenty of support and training. All this, in a casual, family, atmosphere, all while doing some serious work!
