2 or more years experience in recruitment, a mix between agency and corporate preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in interviewing skills, problem solving, decision making, influencing, creative sourcing.
Proven ability to work independently, to handle large volumes of work, and to penetrate beyond what people say to assess real qualifications/fit for positions.
Proficient in use of computers to include Word, Excel, ATS and Access or another database system. Recruit and process management.
Complies with all legal and professional standards during the recruitment process
Regularly communicates with hiring manager(s) as appropriate
Identifies appropriate recruiting sources
Screens applicants
Conducts preliminary telephone interviews and asks all relevant questions
Determines most qualified candidates and recommends to hiring manager
Routes resumes to Hiring points of contact and solicits feedback (with assistance of Staffing Coordinator)
Works with hiring manager and candidate throughout the recruiting process, keeping both informed of status
Works with external vendors to ensure appropriate tests, background, reference checks are completed
Coordinates with Comp/Benefits regarding compensation package as needed
