Recruitment Functions:
Recruit Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists utilizing various resources available, including our talent database, internet, referrals, advertising, direct mail, conventions and job fairs, networking with professional associations, and cold calling.

Thoroughly screen and interview candidates, perform background, reference screening, and credentialing to ensure compliance with contract and JCAHO requirements.

Match qualified candidates to open job orders, determine best candidate match for open position and negotiate contract details, including field employee compensation and benefit packages, if necessary, housing, relocation, licensure and travel arrangements.

Management Functions:
Maintain integrity and accuracy of database through regular documentation of recruitment activities and identification of candidates in pipeline. Communicate with other members of the Charleston Allied team to ensure excellent customer service and follow up to all client accounts.
Build strong professional relationships with field talent and client contacts in accordance to “The Supplemental Way” as exemplified by our Core Values:

Participate in staff and scheduling meetings. Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for field staff. Administer annual performance reviews and pay increases to field staff. Discuss career progression and goals with field talent, become a trusted advisor and mentor through creative problem solving and coaching to ensure the talent’s long-term relationship with Supplemental Health Care.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven success in sales/recruitment
Recruitment experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively independently or with other team members
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
