Recruiter/Sourcer SAP

SAPHEADHUNTER has an immediate need for an experienced recruiter/sourcer for a large scale client project. Utilizing our internal SAP candidate datebase, you will be sourcing candidates for various full-time positions with our end-client. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet our client's needs, primarily focusing on passive and less-active candidates in our database. You own part of the searching process, providing our client recruiters with a steady pipeline of quality resumes that are prescreened and matching our client' expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Relevant IT staffing experience either in SAP/ERP, professional services/management consulting environment, financial services, risk advisory, or IT audit;
Demonstrated success in utilizing direct sourcing methods and internet sourcing. Solid problem solving skills;
Demonstrated relationship building skills a must;
Experience sourcing and qualifying a high volume of candidates;
Strong proficiency in sourcing tactics and approaches;
Strong organizational and follow up skills;
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to excel in an evolving, dynamic business environment
Proven ability to succeed in high pressure environment, under tight deadlines;
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ATS).
