COMPENSATION: Salary plus incentives. Average income of recruiters over 1 year experience is $100,000+.
Qualifications: You must have some type of sales experience that gives you market knowledge of a specific sales discipline (i.e., IT/technology, office products/supplies, telecomm, business services, medical/pharmaceutical, etc.) that will give you a basic understanding of sales personalities, challenges and selling cycles. Must possess strong verbal and writing skills, be computer literate, and be interested in long term development, not a short-term job. Will possess sales skills, be very project focused, have a strong sense of perseverance, and be motivated by success. We can train money-motivated sales professionals who want a unique and rewarding business opportunity.
DUTIES: Make networking and recruiting calls to sales professionals across the US to identify, interview, and present top sales talent to our base of corporate clients. Will be responsible for a high volume of phone activity to conduct local and national searches and develop relationships with numerous professionals. Will ultimately be responsible for developing relationship-driven, long term, profitable business with progressive corporations.
