Recruiter- Possibility for some Telecommuting

POSITION PURPOSE

Proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment marketplace. Provide expertise to a diverse internal client base and recruit talent across a wide range of functional areas and levels of responsibility.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, position requirements and develop strategies.
•Drive recruiting process to ensure open requisitions filled in efficient manner.
•Develop sourcing strategies that deliver high caliber talent and timely results at a reasonable cost.
•Work closely with HR management team and Executive management on retention plan, company housing strategy and other projects
•Develop creative and non-traditional recruiting sources and partnerships
•Develop effective working relationships with all levels within the organization
•Participate in community activities that establish U.S. Sugar as an employer with outstanding opportunities.
•Other duties, projects and responsibilities as needed
•This position is eligible for part-time telecommuting


•Previous recruiting experience required
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
•Solid knowledge of recruiting/applicant tracking software preferred
•Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
•Ability to successfully handle multiple assignments in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•Successfully complete any required training or orientation courses.
•Satisfactory completion of drug screen and background checks. (external applicants)
