May be prime contact for large accounts in the coordination of servicing and may assist Market Manager in training of new employees. Ensures high quality service to customers and temporaries. Participates in the development and retention of business. Quotes customer bill rates to achieve optimal gross profit results consistent with established expectations. Supervise/oversee the operations of the office. May assume direct supervision over other Consultants and staff. May be prime contact for large accounts in the coordination of servicing and may assist Market Manager in training of new employees. Ensures high quality service to customers and temporaries. Participates in the development and retention of business. Quotes customer bill rates to achieve optimal gross profit results consistent with established expectations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Business Development: Conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service, expand business and reactivate inactive customer accounts. Perform Marketing Activity Calls (MAC) to include telephone sales to acquire new business. May participate in high-level presentations. Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy in compliance with company policy and EEO requirements. Ensure the completion of all reports as requested by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3-4 years industry experience required. Must have proven ability to communicate effectively and to apply problem-solving skills. Multi-task, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity (i.e., demonstrated proficiency on MS Windows PC, 10 key calculators, etc.) Ability to network and actively participate in community organizations and groups. Ability to handle aging and collect bills. Must have a focus on producing results; cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently, and should enjoy a fast paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism. Must have proven ability to lead and motivate others to obtain superior level performance. Must achieve minimal acceptable results on Profile Sales Indicator assessment test.Salary - $38-$40K (DOE) + Commission and Bonus.Send resumes as a Word Attachment.
