Recruiter (Operations / Supply Chain , 6+ Months Contract)

Job Description for Operations:


This position calls for a multi-disciplined recruiter who has had experience recruiting for high tech companies in the areas of Supply Chain and Information Systems (IS). When sourcing for an appropriate recruiter, they need to have had experience recruiting for:

• Supply Chain – Positions we are looking to fill are Quality Engineers, Customer Service Representatives, Buyer/Planner/ Master Scheduler/Program Managers/Manufacturing Engineers/ Logistics/ Materials Managers/ Supply Chain Business Managers/ Purchasing

• Information Systems – IS Operations/ Business Systems Analyst/ Applications and Infrastructure Projects/ IT Architect
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will be:
•Self starter who meets up front with managers and develops an agreed upon strategy for recruiting for each position.
•Has a record of closing requisitions within 60 days, using full service recruiting.
•Experience in the supply chain and/or IS industry
•Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems and documentation of progress of requisitions within each – BrassRing Experience Preferred.

• Has stayed in most positions for at least 1 year.
• Proficient in MS office, Outlook, Excel, internet research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills
