Develop, maintain, and leverage viable applicant pool
Understand organizational needs, industry, department functions, and position requirements
Align closely with management team to understand staffing needs
Distinguish requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities of prospective candidates via resume screens, telephone screens, and interviews
Learn and stay current on organization, industry, and marketplace.Minimum Annual Pay: $39,000.00
Minimum Hourly Pay: $18.75There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Education, or related field; preferred professional experience in sourcing, staffing, and/or human resources.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will also posses many or all of the following skills and qualifications:
