Christiana Care seeks an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our Employment Team. In an account manager mode, you will be called upon to direct the entire recruitment process for nursing, professional, technical, and ancillary positions. Duties include consulting with internal customers to determine position requirements and candidate profiles; directing advertising and other sourcing initiatives to develop a pool of qualified candidates; assessing candidates through behavioral event interviewing, reference checking, license and credential verifications.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in appropriate field required. Minimum of two years employment/staffing experience in high volume setting, preferably in healthcare. Proven ability to market positions to both active and passive job seekers. Demonstrated experience with totally automated applicant tracking system. Experience with Internet recruitment a plus.
