Recruiter - Healthcare Staffing

TeamStaff Rx, Inc. a leader in nationwide healthcare staffing is expanding its Permanent Placement (Direct Hire) Division.

We seek performance driven, enthusiastic individuals with previous sales success. Candidates with recruiting experience are preferred. The position is telephone-intensive.

Job Requirements:

§At least 1-year experience in a draw/commission based recruiting position or equivalent inside sales experience

§Aggressive, hunter-oriented personality

§Recruit health care professionals such as Pharmacists, RNs, Physical Therapists, Medical Technologists, and etc. by phone. You must be able to locate these candidates via cold calling, various databases, Internet and other sources with the goal of building a strong, extensive funnel of quality candidates.

§Business Development – new clients and job orders while marketing qualified candidates.

§Will train the right candidate

§Health care experience is preferred but not required

Compensation:

§No cap incentive plan with 1st year realistic earnings at $65,000+ and 2nd year $100,000+

§Full benefits including 401K

§Good work environment

§Option to work from home – Tampa Bay candidates (based on certain successful sales criteria)

Office is located in Clearwater, Florida, however we will consider virtual Recruiter candidates who have experience.
