Currently we are seeking a Web Designer available to work in a fulltime position.

Candidate preferably should possess 3 or more years of interactive design, and XHTML/CSS experience.

Qualified applicants will demonstrate excellent skills in:
Understanding of what it takes to successfully communicate online.
Ability to display a wide variety of styles and approaches.
Strong portfolio with examples of interactive work (online portfolios only please)
Great personality, strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
Working knowledge of all appropriate Macromedia/Adobe programs (Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Flash experience beyond the basics. Actionscripting a big plus!
Undying devotion to meeting your project deadlines and budgets
Ability to give and take constructive criticism
Absolute commitment to getting things done right the first time
Understanding of the interactive design process outside your areas of responsibility, including: project management, workflow, scheduling, programming (ASP .NET, javascript and actionscript, etc.).
Strong knowledge of current web design best-practices
Knowledge of XHTML/CSS, web standards, table-less layouts, and semantically correct markup.
