Job SummaryResponsible for full cycle hiring activities for all designated professionals. Secondary sourcing/screening/submittals for non-licensed professionals. Hiring support for other roles as assigned. This position builds human capital capacity for clinical-level positions within the company through creative and innovative talent acquisition practices.
Key Job Functions
Provides sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordination services for all designated personnel (within assigned divisions, States and/or group).
Provides limited sourcing/screening support for all non-licensed professionals.
Works on requisitions as assigned by Recruiting Manager, to include management roles when needed.
Works in partnership with Executive Recruiting Team.
Utilizes Preferred Vendors and uses recruiting resources (internet, licensure lists, conferences/job fairs etc.) as appropriate.
Ensures compliance to all recruiting policies and procedures relating to recruitment and People Services.
“Sells” candidates to hiring managers, and upon offer extension, helps coordinate the hiring process, per divisional processes.
Coordinates marketing and advertising needs as needed.
Utilizes ATS system to maintain compliance with documented hiring processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works with Manager of Recruiting in developing and implementing continuous recruiting strategies (sourcing). Aligns strategies with divisional needs.
Coordinates and manages all recruiting processes from sourcing to hire as appropriate, implementing all “mandated” screening and hiring tools.
Impacts 90-day retention goals by implementing and following up with new hires during initial 90-day on-boarding cycle.
Manages all search assignments/job requisitions from the field.
Establishes/maintains relationships with divisional management, providing consulting services, in-services and recruiting education as required.
Assists in the development of strategies with Manager, Recruiting, OVP, Regional Directors and Clinic management regarding job requisition fulfillment as needed.
Communicates recruitment process to all teammates and ensures adherence.
Represents and sells the DaVita Brand when participating in appropriate healthcare associations and career fairs.
Communicates regularly with executive recruiters and recruiting support team regarding candidate bank(s).
Compiles ad-hoc reports as requested by division, in partnership with Recruiting Operations Manager and Recruiting Services Manager.
Documents and reports on location of lead generation i.e. Corporate database, job boards, and associations. Monitors and documents all marketing activities and outcomes.
Provides compensation market data for the region(s) as requested by partnering with appropriate PSM and/or Recruitment Manager.
Trains and/or serves as a mentor to Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles.
Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting or sales experience (inside or outside) is required. 2-5 years experience in “high volume” recruiting department, managing high traffic flow and multiple position/discipline openings, experience in staffing agency a plus!
Must be a relationship builder. Demonstrated ability to work with a diversity of people.
Professional presence with strong phone communication skills and presentation skills.
Excellent follow up skills.
Healthcare experience preferred, but not essential.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and strong Microsoft office skills.
