Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking a full time Recruiter in Parsippany, NJ. This is an entry level sales position.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates
Evaluate candidates for contract openings
Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate the placement of candidates
Sourcing and making marketing calls to potential candidates
Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity



Required Skills:

A strong work ethic and sense of commitment

Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills

4 year college degree required



You must have the desire to be the best in the industry, be open-minded, and possess the ability to think on your feet. You must have the ability and passion to continually learn new technology; possess strong written and verbal communication skills; be self-driven and resourceful.
